YARD ENERGY B.V. today announced that Mr. Lex Roukens has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 16, 2015. Mr. Lex Roukens, 51, holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. degree from Nyenrode University. He has over 20 years experience as a finance professional with public companies across multiple industries. From April 2009 to now, he served as Interim Manager, Financial Advisor and Supervisory/Advisory Board member. From April 2008 to March 2009, he served as the CFO of Spyker Cars. Prior thereto, from 2005 to 2008, he served in a number of positions at Zain Group and Celtel, including Group Treasury Director from 2006. From 1994 to 1997, he served in various roles at ING Bank's Telecom Project Finance team in Amsterdam and Singapore. From 1997 to 2004 he served in various roles at TD Securities' Telecom Media & Technology group in Singapore and London. Lex succeeds Mr. Raymon van den Ende, who will take the position of Director Corporate Legal and Tax, in addition to focusing on the strong growth of the company’s activities.
